Responsibilities :
Develop innovative and high-quality canapé menus that align with the company's luxury brand image
Lead a team of chefs in executing flawless canapé service for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions
Source premium ingredients and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards
Create recipes, set standards for food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring consistency across all events
Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and staff training to uphold excellence in culinary execution
Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize menus based on dietary restrictions, preferences, and event themes
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that complies with health and safety regulations

Requirements :
