About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Collins King & Associates Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting the onsite Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the employee dining kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory control.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience for our employees.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and creativity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
