I'm currently working with a well-established Digital Software business who specialise in providing Data Insights, Solutions and Marketing Support to the Retail sector and are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join their growing team.

In role, you will lead outreach campaigns and manage the full sales strategy for various Retail SaaS products. This includes Prospecting, Sales Pipeline Management, CRMs and Stakeholder Management. The company are looking to increase their outreach into Europe so being able to speak fluent German or French is essential.

The Role – Sales Development Manager

  • Reading - Twice a week in the office.
  • Prospect leads and outbound activity for the Sales Pipeline.
  • Implement the Sales Strategy with new & existing customers.
  • Work within the digital Retail & E-Commerce space.

Tech Requirements

  • £40,000-£45,000
  • Have a strong sales background working in the Retail sector.
  • Proven success with SaaS products – ideally selling to large clients.
  • Strong Prospecting and Sales Pipeline experience.
