Seasonal Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with each customer, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Drive seasonal sales goals by creating a welcoming and elevated customer experience.
  • Achieve productivity targets through effective negotiation and upselling techniques.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and showcase features, benefits, and seasonal promotions in each interaction.
  • Provide professional and timely customer support to resolve inquiries.
  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Associates to brainstorm and implement new strategies for maximizing seasonal sales results and enhancing profit margins.

Requirements:

  • An associate’s degree is recommended but not required.
  • 1 year of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar entry-level role.
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and motivated to create positive customer experiences.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Open-minded with a “student mentality” focused on growth and improvement.
