Our nextChildrens Support Worker will be someone whohas:

Some of yourduties wouldinclude:

  • Supporting theoccupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or tripsout
  • Completing relevantpaperwork
  • Undertaking householdtasks
  • Engage our occupants in tasks andactivities

TheLocation

Options Autism, part ofOutcomes First Group, are recruiting Childrens SupportWorkers to join our teams withinthe Rutland area. 

The Shires isa nine-bed registered accommodation. We support individualsfrom the ages of 11 – 19 years build incredible futuresby giving them opportunities, developing their life skills andpersonal interests. 

We are based inStretton and are within commuting distancefrom Peterborough, Grantham and MeltonMowbray.

Our residential homes are friendly andfun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do isdedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we lookafter and for everyone in our team
