Role Overview:

About Us:

The Shires - Stretton is actively seeking a Residential Care Team Leader to join our dedicated team. We provide a nine-bed registered accommodation that supports young individuals aged 11 to 19 in building promising futures. Our focus is on offering opportunities that develop life skills and personal interests. Our residential setting is characterized by a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere, where we strive to create rewarding experiences for both our residents and staff.

As part of a national provider of specialized education, care, and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties, we adopt a person-centered approach to education and support, addressing the comprehensive needs of each individual.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and adults. All successful candidates will undergo a free Enhanced DBS check and reimbursement of the Update Service Fee.
