Woodland Hospital has 35 singlerooms, all with en suite facilities, a multi bedded day ward and atwo bedded high dependency unit. An exciting opportunity havearisen at Woodland Hospital as we continue to expand with GlendonWood Hospital our brand-new day case facility based in the Glendonarea of Kettering.

We are seeking enthusiasticand highly motivated individual to join ourteam.

The working hours perweek are 20 hours, to be worked flexibly, Monday to Friday between09.00-17.00.

  • Managing PrePlanned Maintenance Schedule
  • Booking externalContractors
  • Placing Orders with Suppliers andreconciliation of accounts
  • DailyRostering
  • Interacting with other hospitaldepartments leads and onsiteengineers

Whatyou’ll bring withyou:

  • Proven experience inAdministration
  • Proven ability to make decisionsand establish priorities under conflictingdemands
  • Very organised, a good communicatorwith a high degree of computer literacy
  • Theability to make decisions and use yourinitiative
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Experience in Microsoftpackages and SAP
  • A good understanding ofConstruction / Hospital environment would beadvantageous
