Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Administrator to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Planning Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Planning Team, including managing paperwork, records, and electronic files.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers and clients to resolve queries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utility Management: Manage the installation of utilities, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Planning Team Leaders to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate in a clear and professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
