We do simple sarnies really well, hospitality that’s heavenly, delectable fine dining and anything else in between is beautifully presented while always being, tasty and delicious. Quite simply, food is our passion. 

We are looking for a Sous Chef to work in a large and impressive full staff restaurant catering for Gatwick airport's huge workforce. Our team are on site from 7-3pm daily, 7 days per week, to ensure the busy airport workforce have all the fuel they need to keep the airport running efficiently

The Sous Chef will be required to work 5 out of 7 days including alternative weekends starting at 7am and finishing at 3:30pm.

Key responsibilities
  • Food prodcution to a high standard
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
  • Ordering & Stock taking to support chef manager
  • Desiging weekly menus
  • Supporting with staff managment
  • Assisting is running the staff restaurant in managers leave
