As the Fitness Operations Manager at our Royal Masonic School For Girls site, you will bring your experience of managing a fitness team, and managing operations. You're a level 3 certified personal trainer with CIMSPA Practitioner level membership, with group exercise experience. You also have a track record of delivering excellent sports and fitness services, with a strong focus on excellent customer experience and outcomes.

As a Fitness Operations Manager, you will:

  • Take on a role that spans management, governance, customer service, and sales

  • Report to the Leisure Centre Manager and line manage a small operations team

  • Be responsible for the daily running of our gym, sports hall, and outdoor sports facilities

  • Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes, to personal training, sports coaching and more

  • Ensure we meet health and safety legislation, and internal audit requirements

  • Continually improve site standards and team performance

  • Support the Leisure Centre Manager in implementing successful commercial strategies that maximise profitability
