Nuffield Health: Transforming Lives through Fitness
We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Royal Masonic School. As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering group exercise and circuit-based classes from Spin, Boot Camp to LBT, ensuring everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities, and helping and supporting members with techniques, training, and lifestyle advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans, and exercise programmes
- Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes
- Assess and induct members
- Provide training and lifestyle advice
- Deputise for the Programme Manager
