As a CareAssistant you will be:
- Delivering quality personal care to each of ourresidents
- Supporting them with dailyactivities such as washing, dressing, eating and maintainingpersonal hygiene
- Understanding our resident’scommunication needs and adapting your communication to eachindividual, e.g. sounds, tones, body language
- Providing emotional support to individuals and theirfamilies
- Working with significant people inour resident’s life, such as friends and family, by giving themconfidence and reassurance and involving them in our resident’scare
