Required Experience:

  • Experience in delivering and implementing leadership or development programmes, coaching executives, and fostering leadership capabilities at various levels.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the versatility to engage diverse audiences, ranging from emerging leaders to C-suite executives. Proven ability to adapt communication styles and provide coaching support to individuals at various levels.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to stay current with industry trends, incorporate new technologies, and adjust strategies based on evolving demand.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other technology tools used in training and development is also of benefit.
  • Ability to travel around the UK and internationally when required.
  • Use of a car.

Experience that would be an advantage but not essential:

  • Experience in leadership roles
  • Possession of relevant leadership, HR, OD  or L&D qualifications
  • Proficiency in designing content and mapping to accrediting bodies (e.g. CPD)
  • Familiarity with multiple industry or sectors, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities related to learning and development within them.
  • Experience at working with Psychometric tools
