About The Role

We're looking for passionate people to join our Butlin's Team.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar, restaurant and leisure teams. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

About You
We are looking for a team member that can give that extra bit of sparkle to our guest's holiday. You will be working as a Holiday Sales Advisor in our Booking shop on resort (target based commission), delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our guest's leave with a magical holiday experience. Supporting Guest Services looking after guest's either over the telephone or in person to provide exceptional levels of customer service.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
