About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Retail team at Saltrock. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and till operations
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and product replenishment
  • Support the implementation of sales promotions and markdowns, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect
