As an Entertainment Team Manager, you will...
Be passionate about entertainment, leading teams and delivering a contemporary line-up of activities and live events, have experience with multi-venue operations, live shows & tours and leading a professional team of entertainers who will deliver an exceptional service to each and every guest to ensure they have memories that last a lifetime......this could be your opportunity of a lifetime.

Our Entertainment Team Managers are responsible for the organisation, logistics and daily delivery of our Haven Entertainment proposition.

Working alongside the park Head of Activities, Entertainment Teams Managers are required to engage and inspire their cast members to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to, targets are achieved and that they are driving continuous improvement.

- Have previously worked within a leadership capacity, within the entertainment industry.
- Have proven ability to plan and co-ordinate events and activities.
- Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes.
- Have the ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in order to adapt to any changes.
- Be able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
- Be a high-energy individual with a passion for entertaining.
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Working hours are on a rota over a 7 day period and could include evenings and weekends (depending on role). We aim to offer flexibility where we can, however, this is a full time role.
