Shape Our Service Excellence - Operations Manager Wanted

Dunluce Lodge, a new 5-star luxury hotel in Portrush, opening in February 2025, is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee the seamless functioning of our property. As HR Manager, you will be integral to fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture in line with our high standards of hospitality.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Dunluce Lodge and Valor Hospitality.
  • Lead on employee relations on property.
  • Working with the management team to manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes (using Teamtailor).
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (using Karero).
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management supported by the Employee Relations Manager.


What We're Looking For:

    • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
    • People oriented and results driven.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases. (EPS, Karero, Teamtailor, Workvivo)
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
