We are working with a top social creative agency that places influential talent at the forefront of big brands advertising endeavors. As they're looking to expand the dynamic team, they're seeking a passionate Mid-weight Creative to join them in elevating the creative output on an FTC - 12 months, looking to go permanent in the future. The ideal candidate will possess a vivid imagination, dedicated to crafting ideas that resonate with clients' narratives and translating them into impactful collaborations with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:


Brief Interrogation and Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with Senior Creatives and Business teams to dissect briefs and identify creative strategies.
  • Uncover and maximise potential opportunities from client or agency briefings.

Idea Generation and Brief Responses:

  • Assist in new business pitches alongside Senior Creatives.
  • Independently develop creative responses to briefs, refining ideas in collaboration with the team.
  • Support the Creative Director in idea generation.

Concept Development:

  • Transforming concepts into actionable campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Articulate ideas clearly through written communication, adapting to the client's tone of voice.

Creative Champion:

  • Ensure final deliverables meet client expectations and objectives.
  • Embrace feedback and contribute to enhancing ideas.
  • Act as an advocate for exceptional creative work and contribute to fostering agency culture.

Craft Skills:

  • Visualise ideas through scamps or designs, collaborating with campaign directors.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in long and short-form writing, crafting brand manifestos and creative briefs.
  • Oversee production aspects, including shoot planning and asset creation.
  • Guide designers, animators, and filmmakers to maintain visual consistency.


Key Experience


  • 3-5 years of conceptual creative experience.
  • Portfolio showcasing digital, social, and influencer campaigns for renowned brands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Passion for social media and a dedication to outstanding work.
  • Proficiency in Keynote and Adobe Creative Cloud; Premiere Pro skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
