**A certified B-Corp design studio is currently seeking a talented Midweight Designer to join their team of designers, strategists, thought leaders and industry innovators in East London.**

Founded in 2007, the studio was built on the principle that design thinking and culture are a powerful tool for change. As such, they have a focus on innovation and sustainability. Previous projects range from rebranding a global climate tech start-up, toworking closely with a global sports brands global branding team around regeneration and innovation.

They are a 1% for the planet business, donating 1% of all annual profits to environmental causes.

This is a great opportunity for a midweight (or strong junior) designer that wants to take the next step in their career, joining an innovative team of designers with a clear mission.

**What the role involves**:

- Working collaboratively and taking responsibility for delivering design work under the direction of both the Senior designer and Design Director.
- Developing well crafted, compelling designs and presenting them to the rest of the team and occasionally to clients when appropriate.
- Contributing to the design development process, seeing some projects through from start to finish.
- Supporting junior members of the team when appropriate.
- Liaising with 3rd parties such as printers and suppliers.
- Supplying artwork to printers.

**Who we're looking for**:

- A Design Graduate (or similar).
- Someone with a minimum 3 years' experience in a Design Studio setting.
- A designer with a strong understanding of Adobe CC.
- Strong core graphic design skills and principles.
- Strong layout skills.
- A reduced, modern aesthetic.
- A designer that is excited to work for a studio with a strong mission.
- An innovator that wants to push design.

**What you'll receive**:
