**As a Midweight Digital Designer, you will**:

- Develop assets for the website that channel the creative vision of the client along with the online content team
- Creatively develop engaging & innovative ads for paid social media and display advertising
- Actively involve yourself in understanding insights from digital marketing reports
- Work across different regions: UK, US, EU & AU, each of which requires customized work
- Have a 'test and learn' attitude and enjoy designing creative tests, seeing the results, and taking advantage of insights you obtain from the reports
- Understand both brand requirements and commercial requirements when designing
- Ensure we reach our commercial targets by working collaboratively with the marketing and trade teams
- Be well versed in typography, possess a strong sense of layout, and pay attention to detail
- Understand how to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

**As a Midweight Digital Designer, you will have**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital design, preferably in retail, along with an impressive portfolio
- Good understanding of Figma components, libraries, prototyping, and auto-layout
- Exceptional Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design
- Excellent design layout skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of typography
- Experience using a project management platform
- A passion about design layout, attention to detail, and expertise in typography
- Knowledge of project management systems
- The ability to manage shifting priorities and stick to deadlines in a reactive and fast-paced environment is critical
- Demonstrated ability to work with brand guidelines and build upon them
- The ability to communicate effectively, collaborate efficiently and organize themselves.
- Animation skills (advantage)
- Coding experience (desirable)
