About us

Part of London + Regional Hotels, The Lensbury Resort is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 155 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

What will you be doing? 

Working as a key member of our Food & Beverage (F&B) team, you will ensure the provision of an outstanding excperience for our guests and members. This will involve: 

  • Opening and closing down of the F&B outlets, ensuring we are ready for service and everything is cleaned down and secure at the end of each shift
  • Interacting with our customers; tkaing orders, and providing excellent standards of customer service
  • Upsell and suggest additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages 
  • Process payments accurately
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements
  • Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
  • Prepare garnishes, mix ingredients, and ensure proper glassware is used for each drink
  • Stay updated on current food and drink trends and new menu items
  • Carry out duties in all F&B areas, including Banqueting and Member's Louge when required 

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a waiter/bartender or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
