Salary: £41K base + uncapped commission

About the Role:
We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in London, focusing on the DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to our expansion across Germany.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and qualify leads within the DACH market through outbound and inbound strategies
- Engage with key decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Set up high-quality meetings for the sales team, ensuring a strong pipeline
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track progress towards targets
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in German (native or business level) and English
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
