Business Development Representative (DACH) – London

Location: London, UK

Salary: £41K base + uncapped commission

Languages: Native or fluent German required

About the Role:

We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in London, focusing on the DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to our expansion across Germany.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and qualify leads within the DACH market through outbound and inbound strategies
  • Engage with key decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking events
  • Set up high-quality meetings for the sales team, ensuring a strong pipeline
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track progress towards targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (native or business level) and English
  • 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role (or a strong willingness to learn)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
