Purpose of the role:
The role of a Kitchen Porter Supervisor is to work under the back of house manager/supervisor to deliver the daily cleaning requirements of the back of house operation to the standards set out in the Clubs health and safety policy.
Working hours are a 40 hour shift pattern over 7 days.
Essentials:
- Well organised
- Experience of managing a team
- High standards of cleanliness
Minimum experience required:
- Basic food hygiene although training can be given.
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment desirable
- Experience of manual lifting, COSHH training.
- Computer literate
