We are looking to find a Sales Administrator to join a booming business in the heart of London. On offer is a basic salary of up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits.

The role
You’ll be the missing piece of the puzzle, connecting the Sales and Development teams to make the magic happen Your mission? To ensure all schemes are set up like clockwork, creating an exceptional customer journey every step of the way.
You’ll take charge of making sure sales and development processes run smoothly across live projects and future plans. From perfecting sales procedures to organising handover documents, keeping valuations spot-on, and ticking all the compliance and audit boxes, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of it all.
Teamwork will be your superpower as you collaborate with the sales and project teams to fine-tune processes, boost efficiency, and deliver a service that’s second to none. You’ll make sure schemes are ready to hit the ground running—fast, flawless, and fabulous
We’re looking for someone who’s super organised, proactive, and laser-focused on maintaining high standards. You’ll have an eye for spotting risks early and a knack for tackling them head-on with smart solutions.

About you
You could be a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Progressor, or Development Assistant—or someone capable of handling a mix of these roles. If you are looking for future progression and a career – this is the place for you
The business is currently bringing two schemes a week to the board, requiring quick legal setup and agent information readiness. Operating at a fast pace, the role demands someone who thrives under pressure and can keep up with the speed of operations.
You will have 1 years experience in a similar role in property in the new homes industry and have a passion for the built environment
What you will be doing
Responsibilities include filing, sending documents to agents, solicitors, and internal departments, producing legal packs, and performing general sales administration tasks such as invoicing, updating requested valuations, and organising workflows. You’ll also be responsible for getting units online and managing sales progression, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with pace are essential.
You will have 1 years experience in a similar role in property in the new homes industry.
