I am looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor to join a prestigious, market-leading developer known for their innovative and high-quality new homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly respected company in the New Homes industry.
Role Overview: As a New Homes Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the progression of new home sales, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions from reservation to completion. You will handle a high volume of sales, liasing with solicitors and progressing 20-30 sales per month. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a combination of remote and on-site work in Greenwich, London.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales progression process for new homes. Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure timely and smooth transactions. Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly. Provide exceptional customer service to buyers throughout the sales process. Resolve any issues that may arise during the sales progression. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.Requirements:
Proven experience in progressing new home sales. Ability to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using sales progression software and CRM systems. Knowledge of the property market and relevant legislation.What We Offer:
