If you arededicated to providing exceptional care whiledemonstratinggreat pride and attention to detail inyourwork and you put people at the heart of every decision you make, then we would love to hear from you.JOB SUMMARYAs a Sous Chef in Banqueting Kitchen, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests.T As the Banqueting Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for all banqueting events, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service. Your tasks as a Banqueting Sous Chef will include but not be limited to:Supporting the Senior Sous Chef in the daily operations of the banqueting kitchen.Ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes that meet the luxury standards of the hotel.
