You will assist in delivering exceptional dining experiences for events by maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency. This position is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering excellence for large-scale events. Your tasks as a Banqueting Junior Sous Chef will include but not be limited to:

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during event preparations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.Assist in the daily operations of the banqueting kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating for events.Monitor inventory levels specific to banqueting needs and assist in ordering supplies to maintain readiness for upcoming events.Train and mentor team members, focusing on techniques, consistency, and maintaining the quality expected in a luxury banqueting setting.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banqueting kitchen, adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations.Collaborate with senior kitchen staff to implement and execute menus tailored to specific banqueting events.Ensure all kitchen operations align with company policies, food safety guidelines, and the luxury standards of the venue.BENEFITS OF WORKING AS A BANQUETING JUNIOR SOUS CHEF AT PAN PACIFIC LONDONAs a company, we pride ourselves on our close-knit relationships, developmentand wellbeing.
