Group Workout Coordinator - Alfreton, Derbyshire

More about your role

You will oversee the staffing of all Group Workout Programmes including, recruitment, induction and all training required. You will work alongside the GM to discuss attendance and KPI's and you will meet with all instructors and monitor performances and conduct regular refresher training. You will keep up to date with all latest fitness trends and reflect this in your work when implementing new ideas. You will keep up to date with latest fitness trends and maintain your REPs qualification.

More about you

You will have developed a career within the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training. You must hold a REPs 2 qualification and be actively registered with REPs. You will possess strong people skills and carry out your role in a professional, supportive and inclusive way.
