Streetworks Coordinator

At Network Plus Services, we are seeking a skilled Streetworks Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our work is effectively programmed, meeting our clients' SLAs and customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan work in accordance with SLA and permits, ensuring timely and accurate input and uploading of information into our works management systems.
- Liaise with Supervisors and sub-contract teams to ensure programmes are delivered, meeting all client and operational requirements in a professional and efficient manner.
- Apply for permit notices, identify street works issues, and apply early intervention to prevent delays.
- Escalate street works compliance issues where necessary and liaise with local authorities and client representatives.
- Coordinate with other 3rd parties, such as Parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, and road closures.
- Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change.
- Ideal experience working in Utilities previously.
- Experience in a planning/coordinator role.
- Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task, and work under tight time pressures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Logical mind.
