**The HR Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Taking responsibility for an individual HR caseload and operate as the first point of contact for line managers and employees.
- Take responsibility for delivering a high-quality professional HR service to both Managers and Staff
- Give appropriate HR advice on key issues
- Support managers in disciplinary and grievance hearings, taking notes and confirming outcomes.

**The HR Coordinator will need to have**:

- CIPID Level 3
- Ability to communicate professionally in in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent Customer Service and HR Experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alfreton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (required)
