Are you a creative thinker with a knack for strategic planning and flawless execution in digital marketing We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our innovative marketing efforts and help drive outstanding results for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers the opportunity to enhance brand visibility deliver impactful campaigns and make a significant impact across various digital platforms.

Location: Chesterfield UK(hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize manage and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Meta TikTok and Spotify.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Account Manager to onboard and oversee new accounts across various channels.
  • Lead mentor and inspire a small team of marketing professionals fostering their skills and professional growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends tools and technologies incorporating innovative ideas into campaign strategies.
  • Perform competitor analysis to refine campaign strategies and contribute to new business proposals.
  • Provide detailed campaign and website performance reports to clients and senior team members ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships offering regular updates and insights into campaign performance and opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing existing client accounts while establishing new client partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of handson experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in planning and managing campaigns on Google and Meta platforms; experience with other platforms is a bonus (training available).
  • Google and Meta advertising certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fastpaced environment.
  • A solid grasp of advertising and media principles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and propose datadriven improvements.
  • A proactive work ethic a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
