Position DescriptionDue to expansion and company growth we are seeking a highly skilledand motivated Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery ofdata centre cooling equipment services in the Heathrow area. Theideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient andeffective delivery of cooling solutions, maintaining high standardsof customer satisfaction, and managing client relationships. KeyResponsibilities Service Management: 1. Oversee the delivery ofcooling equipment services to data centres, ensuring compliancewith service level agreements (SLAs) and operational levelagreements (OLAs). 2. Monitor and manage service performance,implementing improvement activities as necessary. 3. Take ownershipof critical incidents, coordinating with resolution teams andcommunicating effectively with stakeholders. Client RelationshipManagement: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships withclients, understanding their needs and addressing service-relatedconcerns. 2. Conduct regular service reviews and presentperformance reports to clients and internal stakeholders. 3.Provide occasional high level out of hours support to communicateprogress of any critical call outs or works. 4. Lead and manageservice delivery teams, ensuring they are adequately trained andresourced. 5. Foster a collaborative and high-performance teamenvironment. 6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives toenhance service delivery and operational efficiency. 7. Stayupdated with industry trends and best practices in data centrecooling solutions. 8. Manage budgets related to service delivery,ensuring cost-effective operations. 9. Prepare financial reportsand forecasts for senior management. Required Education &Qualifications Education and Experience: 1. Degree in Engineering,Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent(preferred but not mandatory). 2. Relevant technical experience orqualifications in data centre cooling equipment or HVAC systems. 3.Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in thedata centre or HVAC industry. 4. Strong understanding of datacentre cooling equipment and technologies. 5. Excellent leadershipand team management skills. 6. Strong problem-solving anddecision-making abilities. 7.
