Customer Service Representative - NHSBTInbound

  • Training Duration:11 days Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, full attendancerequired

Day to day responsibilities of the Customer ServiceRepresentative 
  • You willhave the desire to help all callers providing accurate informationto the UK Blood donor base, resolving customer inquiries with speedand precision as well as booking in blood donationappointments
  • You willbe self-motivated and have passion for assisting others to savelives and should have a real desire to understand, and the abilityto deal with,  complex lifeexperiences. 
  • Deliver aservice where patience, empathy and building rapport arecentral
  • Managedatabases, tools, applications and operating systems and createclear notes on customers’ accounts with relevant details and complywith company policies and practicesUpdate your knowledge throughthe associated guidelines and procedures and comply withcompany policies and practicesStrive to achieve first callresolution
