Agility Eco are looking for a Senior Digital PerformanceExecutive to join the team This role ishybrid and can be based from eitherour Sutton or Aylesburyoffices.  You'll play acritical role in managing and optimising our newly rebrandedB2B and B2C websites. You will workclosely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure that thewebsites are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with ourstrategic goals. This is a hands-on role that includes contentmanagement using Umbraco, implementingSEO strategies, overseeing user experience (UX), and ensuringwebsite updates are optimised for both engagement andconversions.   It is a small marketing team workingacross B2B & B2C for several councils, brands, governmentgrants and projects. Experience with SalesforceExperience Cloud is desirable but not essential, as we areconsidering future integration for more complex user portals andengagement. This role will require knowledge ofUmbraco CMS managementand HTML/CSS. 

Thisrole sits within our Marketing Transformation team. You'll workclosely with a broad range of internal teams and externalstakeholders.

The role will reports into the Senior MarketingManagers. 

 What you'll bedoing: 
  • Umbraco CMS Management: Oversee day-to-day websitemaintenance, including building new pages, updating content, andensuring the site remains functional and aligned with marketingstrategies.
  • Regularly updatewebsite content (landing pages, blogs, product/service pages)ensuring it aligns with the rebranding, SEO best practices, andboth B2B and B2C audience needs.
  • Implement on-page SEO techniques (meta tags, keywords,alt text) and ensure the site adheres to technical SEO guidelinesto improve organic traffic and search enginerankings.
  • Continuouslyimprove the user experience (UX) by streamlining navigation,improving user journeys, and ensuring the site meets the needs ofboth B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Write and edit website copy, including engaging Call ToActions (CTAs), product descriptions, and blogs, ensuringconsistency with the brand’s tone andvoice.
  • Work closely with the marketing teamto implement the digital strategy across websites, while having theconfidence to challenge and suggest improvements if strategiesdon’t align with website goals orperformance.
  • Use tools likeGoogle Analytics to monitor website performance, assess userbehaviour, and make data-driven decisions for optimisation andgrowth.
  • Website PerformanceMonitoring: Regularly check for broken links, load speed issues,and other website errors, ensuring all technical aspects (e.g.,security updates) are addressed promptly.
What we need fromyou:
  • Previous experience or an interest in performancemarketing
  • Extensiveexperience with UmbracoCMS
  • Previous experience withHTML/CSS
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics or other webanalytics platforms to monitor performance and driveimprovements.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and technicalSEO
  • UX/UIknowledge
  • Proven experience writingclear, engaging, and SEO-optimised copy, with the ability to tailorcontent for different target audiences.
