We're looking for a Head of Paid Social to lead the charge in all things paid media - particularly on TikTok.

As Head of Paid Social, you’ll support in the development strategy to build and manage the day-to-day implementation and optimisation of paid media activity for multiple clients,

What you’ll do

  • Lead paid social success with a strong focus on TikTok advertising.
  • Work with the current Paid Media Exec while shaping and growing your team.
  • Manage varying budgets, consistently exceeding performance targets.
  • Collaborate with content and influencer teams to deliver engaging, high-performing ads.
  • Use insights to refine strategies, test new formats, and improve targeting.

We're looking for an experienced Paid Social professional who’s ready to take the reins. With a strong background in a senior paid social role, you’ll have hands-on expertise in TikTok advertising and the ability to lead and manage a team, heading up the paid social department. Experience with TikTok Shop is a significant advantage but not essential

  • Salary: Up to £50k - £60k
  • Office Location: Camden
  • Opportunity for Hybrid working (3-4 days per week in the office)
