Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join a Top 100 Law Firm based in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team with administrative duties, to ensure compliance with the Firm's internal control environment. The primary focus of this position will be compliance and operational administrative activities, duties will include:

  • Maintaining audit records
  • Assisting the Quality Manager in preparing audit documentation for external audits
  • Maintaining the firm's complaint database
  • Assisting with the administration of the firm's databases and portals
  • Assisting the wider Quality and Risk team with administrative support
  • Running and circulating quality reports
  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with all levels of management

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months administrative experience within a profession services environment. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to make good judgments based upon observations and supporting information is essential.
