Our client, a reputable law firm in the centre of Cardiff are looking for an Administrator to assist with the day to day smooth running of their real estate department. A legal background or law degree is not required for this role but previous experiencewithin an administration role preferably in financial services would be needed

**Legal Assistant Duties**:
They are looking for a Legal Assistant to work in the Equity Release Team to support with a number of duties, providing Client service excellence.
- Answering incoming telephone calls to the department
- Making outbound calls to Solicitors and Clients
- Assisting Clients, Solicitors, Financial Advisers and Customers with their queries
- Reviewing Land Registry documentation
- Reviewing Client documentation and completed paperwork from Solicitors
- Working to Client SLA’s while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Working closely with supporting teams
- Maintaining accurate records and management of files on a case management system
- Meeting daily deadlines to ensure Clients receive their funds requests on time.
