The role; a superb opportunity to join this rapidly expanding, and well renowned hotel. Our client is looking for a bright and dynamic Accounts Assistant. This is a dynamic fast-moving environment, and you must be possess a strong/outgoing personality as you will be constantly interacting with multiple departments. Other aspects of the role include;
  • Revenue audits and daily banking procedures.
  • Month end procedures including month end journals, accrualsand pre-payments.
  • Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers.
  • End to end processing of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
  • Manage monthly Contractor control spreadsheets
  • Accurate data entry - Accounts Payable/ Receivable entries
    Previous relevant experience
    • Worked in a similar capacity in a similar sector (hospitality)
    • At least 6 months experience working in the finance sector.
    • Highly IT literate in a Microsoft environment (especially in Excel)
