Classico Marble Ltd was founded in 1995 as a family-run, stone fabricator. We now work on mid to high-end projects across all of England. We are currently looking for a part-time reliable and capable Accounts Assistant to help support our team.

The successful applicant would work under our Finance Manager and be a key part of our friendly and ambitious team based in our Langley office.

This is a part-time role with the potential to become full-time.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Processing orders, ensuring accuracy and confirming all details with clients.
- Purchase Ledger Purchase orders, Sales Invoicing & expenses.
- Credit Control, send statements and chase customers for unpaid invoices.
- Ensuring VAT entries are correctly accounted for.
- Completing daily and monthly entries and support with bank reconciliations
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties
- Using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and bespoke software to create, edit, and produce documents/information to meet business requirements
- Liaise with our sister companies and provide support where necessary
- Accurately take care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and reporting

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
