Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in performing daily accounting tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining weekly reports, completing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties, and supporting the finance department, financial controller, and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling invoices to supplier statements and identifying discrepancies
  • Processing reimbursement forms for employee expenses
  • Issuing invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Raising credit notes
  • Entering invoices into invoice platforms
  • Matching purchase orders to supplier invoices

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. A background in accounting or a related field is essential, with experience in bookkeeping and financial administration.

What We Offer:

Annual salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per year, depending on experience. Study support after successful completion of a probation period.
