Role Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to support the management of Korlekie’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Schedule and post content, participate in marketing initiatives, and contribute to campaign strategies.Edit videos for social media reels, conduct research, and develop effective hashtags.Liaise with influencers and VIPs for promotional activities.Manage the affiliate program and research partnerships to enhance brand promotion.Support content shoots as needed; for these activities, you will be compensated at the rate of £11.95 per hour, including any travel expenses.
Compensation potential:
While this is an unpaid role initially, there is potential for it to evolve into a paid position based on the success of the team's marketing initiatives, which will be measured by sales generated for the brand. Payment may be offered during the internship period if campaigns exceed expectations, with the possibility of the role transitioning to a paid position after the internship concludes. Sales targets will be shared with the team in advance and outlined monthly. Remuneration will be a percentage of the monthly targets, with a minimum potential earning of £100 per month upon achieving these targets. Who We're Looking For:
