**Job Title: Part Time / Intern Marketing**

**Location: London, United Kingdom**

**Role is Hybrid**

This is a paid internship suitable for current grads, post-grads, and employees. While this is 3 month internship, it can be extended for a longer period and can also transition to a full-time role.

**What We’re Looking For**

Agora is looking for a part-time intern to help the founder grow and perfect our social media posting and strategies. We seek someone who is creative, experienced in all types of social media, has no fear in meeting strangers, and is comfortable working in an offline marketing setting along with the founder. The role involves developing a schedule, optimizing social media strategy, and most of all, believing in the mission of Agora while having fun. Keep in mind that most of the role will be done in person, so if commuting around London is extremely difficult for you, this could be challenging.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Offline Marketing**: For example, recording the founder during interviews, distributing product cards, recording events, and more. You will always be working with a team in person
- **Content Creation**: With all the content generated, we want to work with you to help create the most ideal content for our omnichannels.
- **Creating Templates**: For social media posts, schedules, and staying on top of current social media trends.
- **Trend Analysis**: Keeping up with trends on social media to optimize our product.
- **Analytics**: Experience with social media analytics or the ability to understand them.

**Qualifications**:

- While a university degree is not required, having 1+ years of experience heavily in digital social media marketing is a must.
- Experience working in social media marketing roles.
- Experience in producing graphics and templates.
- Ability to propose a proper posting schedule.
- Understanding TikTok and Instagram, with a preference for reels.
- Ability to optimize posts for future ads.
- Most of all, we are looking for a go-getter attitude. This is a growing startup with lots of different things happening at once. To succeed in this role, you need to believe in yourself and the mission of this company.

Agora is a startup dedicated to improving social connectivity and establishing long-lasting social relationships in today's digital world. Our product revolves entirely around the individual. Our platform is all about getting strangers or friends together and helping them establish long-lasting friendships and more. We are in an early process and engaging heavily in all forms of marketing. However, we are looking to recruit a part-time marketer who will be able to help us on our journey.
