We are offering a Student Work Placement Internship for enthusiastic, driven fashion and students to join our company, for a minimum of 3 months. If you are looking to gain experience in the involvements of a Luxury Bridal label we would love for you to join the team at MARCELA GIOCANTI. During the placement, you would see the development of a collection from the first sample to preparation for New York Bridal Fashion Week. A good attitude and a high level of motivation is beneficial. You will learn how a luxury brand operates and prepares for New York Bridal Week.

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of social media marketing while working closely with Marcela Giocanti's founder to build and nurture a luxury fashion community focused on craftsmanship, heritage and sustainability. This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience, unleash your creativity, and make a real impact in the digital luxury fashion realm as we prepare to launch our new collection at New York Bridal Week.

**As part of the Marketing/Social team, your responsibilities would include**:
Content Creation: Get ready to unleash your creative juices As a Social Media Intern, you'll be responsible for brainstorming and creating captivating social media content across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. From crafting engaging captions to designing eye-catching visuals, you'll play a key role in building Marcela Giocanti's online digital presence.

Community Growth & Management: Growing and engaging with our wonderful community is essential You'll have the opportunity to interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections. Your friendly and positive attitude will help create a welcoming and interactive environment for our audience with a playful but luxury tone of voice.

Social Media Strategy & Analytics: Dive into the data You'll assist in planning, monitoring and analysing social media performance using various tools and platforms. By tracking metrics and trends, you'll provide insights to optimise our social media strategy, helping us reach a wider audience and enhance engagement.

Influencer Outreach: Help us build strong partnerships As a Social Media Intern, you'll contribute to influencer outreach efforts. This includes researching potential influencers, building relationships, and coordinating collaborations. Your creativity and knowledge of current trends will help identify the perfect influencers to align with the Marcela Giocanti brand.

Research and Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the game You'll have the chance to explore emerging social media trends, conduct market research, and stay up to date with the latest industry developments. Your findings will help shape Marcela Giocanti's social media strategy and keep us at the forefront of digital innovation in the sustainable luxury market.

**The kind of Student who would be suitable**:

- Enthusiasm for social media and a passion for digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting/creative tools.
- Responsible with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A hardworking, positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
