We are recruiting for a talented Accounts Assistant who has some good experience of working within Finance teams and who is looking to find a new role with a small friendly local accounts team as their Purchase Ledger Clerk.

It's a great company to work for, one that is privately owned and market leading in their chosen field. The role is based at their offices close to Salisbury, offering some flexi time, as well as an early Friday finish and 32 days annual leave.

?Working closely with a personable Finance Manager, the team are really looking for someone who is happy to muck in and be part of the team whilst still being able to look after their own work load.

Main duties will consist of:
Processing purchase invoices
Assisting in the preparation of payment runs
Manage company expenses
Asset with reconciliations
Setting up new supplier accounts
Supplier statement reconciliation
Other tasks when required

Key skills and experiences we are looking for:
Some pervious experience in a similar role
Capable of mucking in and supporting colleagues
Able to adhere to deadline
Good communication skills
Good competent MS Office, including Excel
Sage experience is an advantage
