Salary: 31,000 per annum + 5% utilisation bonus

Overview:

Our high-profile energy client is on the lookout for a Business Administrator to join their ever growing close knit team To support the development and maintenance of the Safety Technical Competency (STC) framework and the management of the business competence management strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring competence system updates and associated competence passports for GT are maintained. Support system issue resolution and escalate as required.
  • Provide system support for the maintenance of competency framework updates and associated competence passports
  • Ensure data quality and security standards are monitored in line with requirements. Identify areas for quality or security improvement
  • Supporting GT Operations with general queries relating to the competency systems and framework
  • To adhere to GDPR regulations in relation to the management of competence information
  • To support the Competence Officers with the ongoing auditing of the competence system
  • Support the technical training team with administrative support and coverage across the wider team when required

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of appropriate legislative requirements, company standards and instructions.
  • Strong administration abilities.
  • Demonstrate successful capability in effective communicational and organisational skills.
  • Track record of developing working relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of the organisation.
