A day in the life of…

You’ll be the newest custodian and face of this amazing, historic hotel. Ever present when it comes to meeting guests, providing a face at the property, with one eye constantly on operational excellence. We’re looking for you to lead from the front and develop a great team across all departments to achieve exceptional performance across the key indicators of profit, people and RGI. Your role will be to deliver strategic direction in a boutique hotel environment within a highly competitive market. You will be an ambassador for the guest journey, ensuring brand values and service behaviours are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment. Overall, your ability to create a culture of team engagement and service excellence will be key to this role along with your commercial acumen to support business growth.
