We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Langdale Chase Hotel, a 5-star hotel located on the shores of Lake Windermere. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host and supervise high-calibre team members to maintain exceptional hospitality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with department managers to review and discuss priorities and performance
  • Deputise for the General Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless operations across all departments
  • Coach and develop department managers to drive business growth and excellence
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to excellence
