We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Regional Civils team working on our Bridgwater Tidal Barrier contract.
Location: Bridgwater Tidal Barrier, Somerset
Contract: Permanent, Full Time flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know
What will you be responsible for?
As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the Regional Civils team, providing support to the team with the design and build of the Bridgwater Tidal Barrier Project.
Your day to day will include:
- Developing, implementing and managing the Project's document control process
- Validating of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the Common Data Environments (CDE)
- Providing support to the site team to access documents and records in a timely and controlled manner
- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to quality standards
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
What are we looking for?
This role of Document Controller is great for you if:
- Successful experience of working with the wider project team and stakeholders, that can ask questions and deal with designers, client, project managers and engineers.
- Demonstrate experience with either Fieldview or Dalux
- Detailed experience in Document Control on construction projects or in Preconstruction teams (or similar environments) dealing with distribution of documents, drawings, comments and RFI's
