As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for putting the business to the front of the pack when it comes to fuel injection systems. From helping them to market the message to dealing the OEM accounts you will be in the driving seat of the sales and marketing strategy.

Working directly with the Managing Director and the Senior Management Team you will take ownership of delivering targets through sales and marketing activities in line with the companies growth strategy.

Your responsibilities as a Commercial Manager:

  • Being the lead on sales and marketing activities
  • Account management of existing clients and develop long term relationships
  • Develop an international distributor network
  • Work alongside design and production to develop new product lines
  • Implement both the sales and marketing activities at ground level
  • Grow a sales and marketing department in the long term


Your current experience which will help you as a Commercial Manager:

  • Experience in automotive aftermarket and OEM business development
  • 3 years + working in the automotive engineering space
  • Understanding of all aspects of sales and marketing
  • Passionate about creating new ideas and willingness to learn and support


What you can expect as a Commercial Manager:

  • Up to £60k + Performance related bonus

  • 31 days holiday
  • Hybrid Role - 3-4 days per week in the office (Telford)
