Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of tender and contract documents.
  • Evaluate tenders and recommend contractors.
  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including monitoring costs, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate potential cost and schedule risks.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that financial aspects align with project timelines and budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or administrative role within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
  • Experience with cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial software.
